Article on Brad and Graft Architect Firm

The journalists tumble. Some write that Graft is more of a rock band than an architect firm; others see them even as a “Hippie commune”. What really excites the public opinion is their relationship with Brad Pitt. Graft designed a studio and a guest house for the Hollywood star and have remained friends with him ever since.

Pitt also works on different projects in collaboration with the architects. For instance, a touristic resort in the Caribbean or on the New Orleans New Home Project, this one is building new homes in the Lower Ninth Ward that was vastly destroyed by the hurricane Katrina.

Just like everything else that has even a remote relationship to Brad Pitt, a media circus has developed around the Graft architects. This circus could escalate if the rumor of a Casino in collaboration with Brad Pitt and his Ocean’s 11 pal, George Clooney, turns out to be true. Of course in Las Vegas.
